Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including earrings (for hygiene reasons). Promotional or discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it - unworn or unused - and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We are unable to accept returns without the original packaging and proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Clients are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements.
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return, and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to exchange for the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.
