All orders are verified, processed, and shipped from Vancouver, BC, Canada. Please note that prices listed on our website reflect product costs only and do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow 1–2 business days for fulfillment before your order ships and approximately 5–10 business days for your order to arrive. Deliveries to remote regions may require an additional 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and do not include weekends, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
We ship through our trusted courier partners, including Canada Post, Purolator, and FedEx.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
A signature is required upon delivery. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to receive and sign for the parcel.

In the rare event that a package is lost or stolen, we can help initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that the claims process may take several weeks to complete.
